Single Sign-On (SSO)

This guide explains what Single Sign-On (SSO) is and how to enable it on Pharmadigital.

What is SSO

Single Sign-On allows users to access Pharmadigital using their existing corporate credentials (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID/Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Okta, ADFS).
This way, no new passwords are needed and IT-defined security policies (MFA, Conditional Access, rotations, revocations, etc.) are inherited.

Benefits

  • Faster, consistent access for all users.
  • Centralized user and permission management by IT.
  • Compliance and security aligned with corporate policies.

Enablement on Request

SSO is configured upon customer request by purchasing the related add-on.

  • Specify the desired protocol (OIDC or SAML) and the IdP used.
  • We will share Pharmadigital SP parameters and ask you for IdP parameters.
  • We will perform testing and then enable it in production.
