Manage Actions

The Manage Actions screen of Pharmadigital shows a summary of all actions created and available in the system.
From here you can organize them and directly operate on each entry.

Screen Structure​

The table lists all configured actions, with the following key information:

  • Name: the title assigned to the action.
  • Type of action: e.g., HDMI on/off (BrightSign only), interactivity commands, etc.
  • Creation or last modification date: to keep track of updates.
  • Associated tags: labels that facilitate search and categorization.
  • Linked channels/schedules: any scheduling items where the action has been inserted.

Available Operations​

Each row of the table includes a button bar with the following quick actions:

  • Edit → update the action parameters.
  • Tag → add or remove tags.
  • Schedule → associate the action with a schedule or a channel.
  • Delete → permanently remove the action from the system.
note

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Always check that the action is no longer needed before proceeding.
