Manage Actions
The Manage Actions screen of Pharmadigital shows a summary of all actions created and available in the system.
From here you can organize them and directly operate on each entry.
Screen Structure
The table lists all configured actions, with the following key information:
- Name: the title assigned to the action.
- Type of action: e.g., HDMI on/off (BrightSign only), interactivity commands, etc.
- Creation or last modification date: to keep track of updates.
- Associated tags: labels that facilitate search and categorization.
- Linked channels/schedules: any scheduling items where the action has been inserted.
Available Operations
Each row of the table includes a button bar with the following quick actions:
- Edit → update the action parameters.
- Tag → add or remove tags.
- Schedule → associate the action with a schedule or a channel.
- Delete → permanently remove the action from the system.
note
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Always check that the action is no longer needed before proceeding.
