Channel Management

From the Channels → Manage section, you can access the complete overview of channels configured on Pharmadigital.

Each channel is represented by a card containing the following information:

Channels in <ProductName />
  • Color: identifying color of the channel.
  • Name: name assigned to the channel.
  • Updated: date and time of the last modification.
  • Players: number of players associated with the channel.
  • Assets: number of resources included in the channel.
  • SocialMedia: number of linked social feeds.
  • Tags: list of associated tags.
  • Published: indicates whether the channel is currently published (Yes / No).

Available actions​

Each channel card includes quick buttons to manage and edit the channel:

  • Tags → allows you to add or remove tags.
  • Manage (dropdown menu) → gives quick access to:
    • Associated players
    • Assets included in the channel
    • Linked SocialMedia

Main buttons​

At the bottom of each channel card, you’ll find three action buttons:

  • ⏰ Schedule → to assign scheduling to the channel.
  • ✏️ Edit → to edit the channel settings.
  • ❌ Delete → to delete the channel.

    ⚠️ Warning: deletion is permanent and the channel cannot be recovered.
