What is meant by cloud storage and available traffic?

Each Pharmadigital licence includes two fundamental elements: cloud storage and data traffic.

Cloud Storage​

Cloud storage is the online memory available to store your multimedia content.
It includes files such as:

  • images
  • videos
  • presentations
  • logos
  • graphic or text resources

Each organization has 5 GB of cloud storage included by default.
If needed, storage can be extended on request to support larger archives.

Data Traffic​

Traffic refers to the volume of data downloaded by players when retrieving content from the cloud platform.
Each licence includes 1 GB/month of traffic per player, covering initial downloads and updates.

Thanks to the Store & Play mode, once the contents are downloaded locally on the player:

  • no additional traffic is consumed for playback;
  • traffic is only used when new content is uploaded or updated, or when the schedule changes.

This means monthly traffic is primarily consumed during update phases, not during regular playback.

Expandable on Demand​

Both cloud storage and data traffic can be extended and purchased on demand, based on project needs.
