Scheduled Layout Management

The layout scheduling feature allows you to alternate different layouts within the same day or over a defined period of time.

How to manage layouts associated with a player​

  1. Go to Players → Manage.
  2. Select the desired player and access its details.
  3. In the top bar, click the Layout button.

You will then access the management screen of the main layout and the scheduled layouts.

Screen structure​

The screen is divided into three main sections:

1. Main layout​

  • This is the layout used when no scheduled layouts are set to be displayed.
  • If schedules are linked to the main layout, they will be ignored: the layout will be displayed continuously until a scheduled layout takes over.

2. Scheduled layouts​

  • Scheduled layouts are displayed as an alternative to the main one, according to the defined daily/hourly schedule.
  • Click the Add button to select a new layout to schedule.
  • You can assign one or more schedules to each scheduled layout.

3. Scheduled layouts calendar​

  • Provides an overview of scheduled layouts, organized in a calendar view.
  • For each layout, the air time and its duration are indicated.

Benefits​

  • Flexibility in managing graphical content.
  • Ability to vary the schedule structure based on time slots or events.
  • Greater control over communication in complex scenarios (e.g., retail, hospitality, corporate).
