"Request was denied for security" Error on Philips Monitors
In some cases, when starting the Pharmadigital application on a Philips monitor, the following error message may appear:
Request was denied for security

This error occurs when the Philips monitor’s clock is not set correctly, preventing the application from establishing a secure connection to the platform.
How to Solve

Access the monitor’s settings menu
Press the Home button on the remote control to access the main menu.

Go to Advanced Configuration and look for the Date and Time option.

Correctly set the date, time, and time zone.
If available, enable the automatic network update option. -
Turn the Philips monitor off and back on to apply the changes.

Verify that, at startup, the Pharmadigital application connects correctly to the platform and that the error no longer appears.
