Facebook and Instagram

  • (Code 10) You do not have permission to access this resource.
    Solution: log in again on the Pharmadigital platform.

  • (Code 100, 102, 104) An access token is required to access this resource.
    Solution: log in again on the Pharmadigital platform.

  • (Code 180) The access token has expired: after a certain period the API usage request expires.
    Solution: log in again on the Pharmadigital platform.

  • (Code 341) Application limit reached: the API usage limit has been reached due to the number of feeds in use.
    Solution: remove some feeds to reduce API usage.

  • (Code 463) Login status or access token has expired, been revoked, or is no longer valid: API usage has been revoked by Facebook.
    Solution: contact support.

  • (Code 467) The access token has expired, has been revoked, or is no longer valid: API usage has been revoked by Facebook.
    Solution: contact support.

  • (Code 492) The user associated with the Page access token does not have an appropriate role: your Facebook user is no longer an administrator of the monitored pages.
    Solution: promote your user back to administrator of the page or remove feeds with this error, since it is no longer possible to obtain posts from these pages.

  • (Code 803) The searched hashtag does not exist.
    Solution: remove the feed.


LinkedIn

  • (Code 401) Unauthorized: the user access token has expired.
    Solution: log in again on the Pharmadigital platform.
