Licence Management

The Manage Licences section of the Pharmadigital dashboard, accessible at the top right, lets you view, filter, and manage all licences associated with your organization.

Main Interface​

At the top is a checkbox:

  • Show expired and expiring (30 days):
    when checked, the list will also include licences already expired or expiring within 30 days.

Licence Table​

The table summarizes all active and inactive licences, with the following columns:

  • Licence Serial → unique licence code.
  • Type → type of licence (e.g., Standard, Professional, etc.).
  • Start / End Date → validity of the licence.
  • Reseller → partner or distributor where the licence was purchased.
  • Order Ref. → optional purchase order reference.
  • NFR → (Not For Resale) demo licences.
  • Trial → trial licences.
  • Device → device where the licence is activated.
  • Player → player associated with the licence.

Licence History​

Click the ⓘ icon next to a licence to view the licence history, which shows all related information:

  • Past activations
  • Renewals performed
  • Previous expirations

This section provides a complete history of licence usage.
