Profile Settings

In the Pharmadigital dashboard, at the top right, you’ll find the menu with the organization and user name.
Clicking it gives access to Settings, which opens the personal settings page.

Resource and Channel Options​

This section lets you manage preferences related to resources and channels:

  • Move to Trash resources older than:
    Only resources not assigned to any channel will be moved to Trash.
  • Delete channels with expired schedules and move related content to Trash:
    Only resources not assigned to other channels will be moved to Trash.

Thron Settings​

If you use Thron as an integrated content source:

  • Configure login credentials for the service.
  • Link the Thron account to import multimedia resources directly into Pharmadigital.

Notifications​

Here you can customize the notifications you want to receive:

  • Email notifications: enter the email addresses to notify when licenses are about to expire.
