Scheduling Calendar for Players

The Calendar allows you to easily manage the scheduling of your players and view when content is being broadcast.

You can choose the preferred view mode and get an overview of up to 12 months ahead.

How to Use the Calendar​

  1. Go to the Scheduling → Calendar menu.
  2. Select the player from the available list.
  3. Choose the view mode between:
    • Single Scheduling
    • Combined Scheduling

Calendar Structure​

The calendar screen is divided into two main areas:

  • Left column:

    • List of available channels, with their related content.
    • Each channel has an orange Schedule button that allows you to customize the scheduling with a single click.

  • Central calendar:

    • Displays scheduling on specific days, highlighted with dedicated colors.
    • You can switch the view mode by selecting day, week, or month.

Color Legend​

To distinguish between scheduling types, the calendar uses a color legend:

  • Blue → Channel scheduling
  • Green → Resource scheduling
  • Gray → Scheduling with time interval

Viewing Modes​

Single Scheduling​

Shows on the calendar the scheduling of each individual item, without considering channel dependencies.
This mode is useful for quickly checking the time slots when a specific schedule is planned.

Combined Scheduling​

Shows on the calendar when each item is actually visible, combining:

  • its scheduling
  • with the scheduling of the channel it belongs to

This provides a realistic view of what will be broadcast by the player.
