Create a Schedule

The Create a Schedule feature in Pharmadigital allows you to define when and how content should be played, by assigning layouts, channels, and resources to specific time intervals.

Accessing the Creation Screen​

  1. Access the dashboard.
  2. Go to Scheduling → Manage.
  3. Click the Create button to start the process.

Screen Structure​

After entering the schedule name, the screen is divided into two main areas:

  • Right → Content Assignment

    • Ability to link channels and resources to the schedule.

  • Left → Planning

    • Definition of scheduling criteria.

Scheduling Options​

In the Plan section, you can set:

  • Days of the week: select on which days the schedule should be active.
  • Start and end dates: set the validity period.
  • Start and end times: define the time range.
  • Apply time only to start and end date: useful for limiting times within the selected date range. Example: from X at day X, to Y at day Y.
  • Display interval (minutes): in cases of scheduled layout, you can set alternation between different layouts (e.g., every 5, 10, 15, 20 minutes).

Schedule Description​

At the bottom of the screen, a summary of the chosen schedule is displayed to verify the correctness of the entered options.
