Manage Scheduling

The Scheduling management screen is accessible from the menu:
Scheduling → Manage.

Screen Overview​

The screen displays a summary table with all created schedules.
For each schedule, the following information is shown:

  • Schedule name
  • Validity period and times
  • Associated channels
  • Linked resources
  • Linked layouts

Available Actions​

Using the Manage button, you can:

  • Directly assign channels to the schedule.
  • Link resources to be played.

Using the Edit button, you can update the schedule details (e.g., name, period, times).

The Delete button removes the selected schedule.

Practical Tips​

  • A schedule can be associated with multiple layouts, channels, or resources, allowing content diversification within the same timeframe.
  • In case of conflicts between multiple schedules, priority is always respected based on time and defined settings.
  • The same schedule can be combined with different players, making management more flexible.
