Resources Overview

The Resources section of Pharmadigital allows you to upload, organize, and manage all multimedia content used in your channels: images, videos, audio, text, and much more.

Available resources and main features​

In the vertical menu at the top, you can filter resources by content type:

  • Media: images, videos, YouTube, PowerPoint, and audio.
  • News: feeds and information articles.
  • Text: static or dynamic text content.
  • Streams: real-time video/audio streams, including YouTube Live.
  • Web pages: HTML pages or webapps.
  • Presentations: slides or multi-page content directly from Google Slides.
  • Weather: weather condition data.
  • SocialMedia: posts and social feeds from Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Canva: resources created via the Canva graphic editor.
  • Recycle bin: deleted resources (recoverable or permanently removable).

This categorization helps you quickly find the content you need and keep your digital library organized.

Management and organization​

  • Tags and Channels
    Each resource can be labeled with tags and associated with one or more channels, making it easier to search and use within layouts.
    Click the tag icon in the top bar to add or edit the tags of selected resources: tags allow you to group files by theme, campaign, project, etc.

  • Search bar
    Use the search bar to quickly filter resources by name, tag, or other attributes.

  • Recycle bin
    Deleted resources are temporarily moved to the Recycle Bin, where they can either be recovered or permanently deleted.

Display scheduling​

By clicking on Scheduling in the top bar, you can precisely define when each resource should be displayed:

  • Specific times of the day
  • Days of the week
  • Custom intervals

This feature is useful, for example, to manage temporary campaigns, promotions, or seasonal content.
