Trash

The Trash section collects all resources deleted from the Pharmadigital platform. This way, you can always recover content deleted by mistake or permanently remove it.

How It Works​

  • When you delete content, it is not immediately permanently removed but moved to the Trash.
  • From the Trash you can:
    • Restore the item → it becomes available again in its original Resources section.
    • Permanently delete → the content is removed permanently and cannot be recovered.

Accessing the Trash​

  1. Log into your dashboard.
  2. In the navigation menu, go to Resources → Trash.
  3. View the list of deleted items with their information (name, type, deletion date).
  4. Select the desired action:
    • Restore
    • Permanently delete

Important Notes​

  • Items in the Trash are not played by players until restored.
  • The Trash has an automatic expiration: after a period (30 days by system policy), items are permanently deleted.
  • Permanently deleted media files immediately free up space in the cloud storage.
