User Activity Log

The User Activity Log section (accessible from Users → Activity Log) allows you to verify and monitor the operations performed by users on the Pharmadigital platform.

This feature is useful for audit, diagnostics, and security monitoring.

Interface​

The User Activity Report interface is divided into several areas:

  • Select period Allows you to choose the time range to analyze. After setting the dates, click Update to reload the data.

  • Advanced filters By clicking the filters button Filter icon, a panel opens where you can apply additional search criteria to the recorded events. The available filters include:

    • Email address → shows only the activities of a specific user.
    • Action → filters by type of operation (e.g., User deleted, Channel published).
    • Destination → isolates the activities related to a specific object or resource.
    • Origin → shows the events generated by a specific user or application.

  • Activity table Lists the actions performed by users in chronological order, with the following columns:

    • Date and time → when the operation was recorded.
    • User → the account that performed the action.
    • Action → a short description of the operation.
    • Origin → the entity or user who originated the operation.
    • Destination → the object or resource affected by the operation.

  • Display controls You can choose how many rows to show per page, hide/show columns, and download the report in PDF format.

Main features​

  • Search filters Use the basic filters or the advanced filters (via the filters button) to customize the activity search.

  • Data refresh Click Update to reload the table according to the selected criteria.

  • Export to PDF Use the PDF button to download a formatted report containing all the activities of the selected time range.
