User Activity Log

The Activity Log section (accessible from Users → Activity Log) allows you to verify and track the operations performed by users on the Pharmadigital platform.

This feature is useful for audit, diagnostics, and security monitoring.

Interface​

The interface is divided into two main areas:

  • Left → list of registered users.
  • Right → details of activities associated with the selected user.

Main Features​

  • Search Filters
    You can filter activities by:

    • Date → select a time range.
    • Event → e.g., Info, Error, Warning, etc.

  • Data Refresh
    By pressing the Refresh button, the table reloads applying the selected filters.

  • CSV Export
    All displayed activities can be exported into a .csv file for external analysis or archiving.

Example of Recorded Events​

  • User login
  • Resource creation, editing, or deletion
  • Layout or channel update
  • Access or configuration errors
  • Administrative activities (e.g., permission management, role assignment)
