Activity Report

The Activity Report feature of Pharmadigital gives you a complete overview of what happens within your player network, both from a marketing/commercial perspective (proof of play) and a technical/diagnostic one (operation logs).

Content Proof of Play​

Thanks to proof of play you have access to a detailed report of the contents played by your players:

  • Breakdown by player, asset type, zone, total duration, and number of views.
  • Data export in PDF and CSV formats.
  • Advanced filters to refine the search by period, player, or asset.

This feature is designed for marketing and sales teams, who can precisely analyze the return on Digital Signage campaigns.

Player Activity Logging​

The activity logging section provides a chronological and sequential record of the operations performed by the players:

  • Device startup and shutdown.
  • Content playback and interruptions.
  • System warnings and errors.

The data is displayed in a filterable table, with columns for:

  • Date and time
  • Level (info, warning, error)
  • Action
  • Related asset
  • Playback zone

Reports can also be exported in CSV and PDF.
