How to Upload a PowerPoint Presentation in Pharmadigital

This guide walks you step by step through uploading and managing a PowerPoint presentation within the Pharmadigital platform.

Procedure

Upload the file
Go to the Assets section and click Import → PowerPoint.
Upload the PowerPoint file (.ppt or .pptx) from your computer.
Select the slides
After uploading, choose which slides to import from the presentation.
Click Next to continue.
Set conversion options
Define the conversion parameters (e.g., resolution and duration of each slide).
Click Import to start the process.
Assign channels, tags, and scheduling
Decide which channel to place the presentation in, add any tags, and set the time slot when it should be displayed.
Wait for the conversion
The platform will automatically convert the slides into a format compatible with Pharmadigital players.
During this phase, the conversion progress will be displayed with a progress bar.
Finish
Once the conversion is complete, the presentation slides will be available as media assets and can be added to your channels.

You can import only some slides from the presentation, without uploading the entire file.
The duration of each slide can be customized later in the asset settings.
Conversion may take a few minutes depending on the number of slides and the file size.

Within the slides, the following objects are correctly managed:

If a font is missing, the system will automatically use the default Windows font set.
The import procedure will not start if the available cloud storage is less than 100 MB.
The maximum supported file size is 50 MB.
