The Totem is the application used by customers to take a ticket and join a service queue.
📄️ Application Startup
On startup, the Totem contacts the server to retrieve its configuration. The behavior depends on the state of the device.

User mode is the standard operating mode of the Totem.

Totem management and configuration is handled entirely from the web dashboard, in the Administration → Totems section.
📄️ Configuration
All Totem configuration is managed from the web dashboard, in the Administration → Totems section. Changes are applied to the device in real time.
