After selecting the queues to display on the Totem, the administrator screen shows the active services as buttons.

Each box represents a queue available to users, for example:

  • Bakery
  • Pharmacy
  • Butcher

For each queue, the number of people currently in the queue is also shown.

Individual Queue Settings

In the top-right corner of each box there is a button with a gear icon.

Pressing this button allows you to access the settings for the individual queue displayed on the Totem.

This function allows you to precisely manage the behavior or configuration of the individual service.

User-Side View

The queues configured on this screen will be the ones actually available in the user mode of the Totem.

Users will then be able to select one of the displayed services to print the corresponding ticket.

note

The queues displayed on the Totem depend on the configuration made in administrator mode and the synchronization with the central system.
