Administrator Mode
Totem management and configuration is handled entirely from the Pharmadigital web dashboard, in the Administration → Totems section.
No physical access to the device is required: all settings are applied in real time via the server.
Totems panel in the dashboard
In the Totems section of the admin panel you can:
- view all Totems paired to the account
- add new Totems using a pairing code
- assign queues to display on each Totem
- customize theme and layout
- rename devices
- upload or remove the logo
- reset the pairing of a device
- delete a Totem.
Pairing a new Totem
To add a new device:
- launch the Totem application on the device — a pairing code will be displayed
- in the web dashboard, click Add Totem
- enter the code shown on the device and assign a name to the Totem
- confirm: the device will automatically receive its configuration and switch to operating mode.
Closing the application on the device
To exit the application while the Totem is in operation, technical staff can use the following sequence:
Tap 5 times quickly in the top-left corner of the screen (within 2 seconds).
A confirmation dialog will appear to close the application.

This sequence requires no credentials. Restrict physical access to the device to avoid service interruptions.
