Application Startup
When the Totem application is launched, the system checks whether any queues have been configured for display.
If the Totem has not yet received a configuration, the following message is shown:
No Queue Available

This message indicates that the Totem has not yet been configured or that queues have not been synchronized from the system.
What to Do in This Case
You need to:
- access administrator mode
- configure the connection to the system
- synchronize the available queues.
Once the configuration is complete, the Totem will display the available services for ticket selection.

The queues displayed by the Totem must first be configured in the system via the Controller and the Pharmadigital platform.
