Configuration
From administrator mode, you can configure the Totem's operation.
The main configuration operations include:
- connection to the central system
- synchronization of available queues
- ticket printer configuration
- device status verification.
Queue Synchronization
The Totem retrieves the queues configured in the system by synchronizing with the server.
During synchronization, the following are downloaded:
- available queues
- associated services
- system settings.
Once synchronization is complete, the Totem will display the available services on the main screen.
It is recommended to perform a synchronization after each queue modification made in the system.
Theme and Layout Customization
Pressing the customization button in the top bar of administrator mode opens the Customize Theme and Layout window.

This screen allows you to modify the Totem's graphic appearance, adapting it to the installation environment or the visual identity of the point of sale.
Background Color
The Background Color field allows you to set the background color of the Totem interface.
Title Color
The Title Color field allows you to define the color of the title displayed at the top of the application.
Clock Color
The Clock Color field allows you to customize the color of the clock shown on the Totem screen.
This option is useful for improving readability and maintaining consistency with the chosen graphic theme.
Grid Layout (Columns)
The Grid Layout (Columns) section allows you to choose the number of columns used to display the service buttons.
The following layouts are available:
- 1 column
- 2 columns
- 3 columns
- 4 columns
The number of columns affects the arrangement of buttons on all devices.
Button Height
The Button Height control allows you to adjust the height of the queue buttons.
The available range is:
from 120 px to 400 px
This setting is useful for adapting the interface to screens of different sizes or for improving accessibility.
Saving Changes
After customizing the theme and layout:
- press Save to apply the changes
- press Cancel to close the window without saving.
It is recommended to choose high-contrast colors and sufficiently large buttons to facilitate use of the Totem by users.
Totem Queue Selection
Pressing the blue button in the top bar of administrator mode opens the queue selection screen.
This function allows you to choose which services will be available on the Totem for users.
On this screen, the administrator can:
- view the list of available queues
- select the queues to display on the Totem
- define which services users can choose.
How It Works
The available queues are automatically retrieved from the system and correspond to the queues configured in the Controller and the Pharmadigital platform.
Once the desired queues are selected:
- the changes are saved
- the Totem updates the user interface
- users will be able to choose from the configured services.
Queues must first be configured in the system via Pharmadigital and managed via the Controller before they can be selected on the Totem.
