Configuration
All Totem configuration is managed from the Pharmadigital web dashboard, in the Administration → Totems section. Changes are applied to the device in real time.
Queue assignment
To choose which services are available on the Totem:
- open the Totem card in the web dashboard
- click Assign queues
- select the queues to display and set their order
- for each queue you can set:
- Description — informational text shown on the button
- Background color and text color of the button.
Theme and layout customization
Clicking Configure on the Totem card opens the theme configuration dialog. The available options are:
General colors

| Header title color | Color of the text in the header |
| Header title | Custom title displayed at the top of the Totem |
| Clock color | Color of the clock shown on screen |
Grid layout
The Grid Layout (Columns) section lets you choose the number of columns for the queue buttons:
- 1 column
- 2 columns
- 3 columns
- 4 columns
Button height
The Button Height control adjusts the height of the queue buttons, from 120 px to 400 px.
Logo
You can upload a custom logo that will be displayed in the Totem header. The logo can be removed at any time.
Other Totem operations
| Operation | Description |
|---|---|
| Rename | Change the display name in the dashboard to identify the device |
| Reset pairing | Generates a new pairing code and disconnects the device; re-pairing will be required |
| Delete | Permanently removes the Totem from the account |
Resetting the pairing disconnects the device immediately. The Totem will return to the pairing screen and must be re-paired to become operational again.
Queues must first be configured in Pharmadigital and managed via the Controller before they can be assigned to a Totem.
