User Mode

User mode is the standard operating mode of the Totem.

In this mode, customers can:

• view available services
• select the desired service
• print the ticket to join the queue.

The Totem displays the services configured in the system and allows users to take a ticket with a simple tap on the screen.

Once the service is selected:

1. the system generates a ticket number
2. the ticket is printed
3. the customer joins the queue for the chosen service.

The number will subsequently be called by operators via the Controller.
