Reboot a Player Remotely

From the player detail page you can send a reboot command to the device.


How to Reboot

  1. Open Players → Manage and select the player.
  2. Click Reboot → confirm.
  3. The device disconnects and comes back online after restart.
caution

Schedule reboots outside business hours to avoid disrupting on‑site screens.


When to Use

  • After configuration changes that require a restart.
  • To recover from temporary network or playback issues.
  • As part of a maintenance routine (e.g., weekly reboot).
